Ron Hulet

Chief Strategy Officer

Ron has extensive experience designing solutions in the health risk and cost of care space. Ron, who led actuarial for a number of functions within Elevance, most recently served as Chief Actuary of Elevance’s Carelon division.

Ron is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Tamre Pinner

Chief Operating Officer

Tamre Pinner has extensive start-up experience as part of firms such as Springbuk, as well as Glassboard where she served as Director of Operations. Tamre is intensely process focused, allowing organizations she leads to rapidly scale offerings.

Keith Passwater

Founder and CEO

Keith is former Senior Vice President and Chief Actuary of Anthem (Elevance). After consulting with clients in need of risk solutions, Keith founded Havarti Risk to bring better risk products and services to healthcare clients. Keith currently serves as an Advisor to Aegle Health Partners, Ellipsis Health, Ilant Health, MediDrive, and MOBE. In addition, he is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and serves as Chair of the General Committee of the Actuarial Standards Board.
