A quality measurement start-up asked us to prepare a market assessment of competitors and their value propositions (compared to the company’s proposition). For each major distribution channel, we built strategies for how to deliver and sell value into the market. We are pleased to provide ongoing support to this company as they pursue new sales opportunities.
An early cancer detection start-up retained us to quantify their value proposition for self-funded employers and payors. Both models showed impressive ROI. We then built a self-service tool for the company’s commercialization team to create customized ROIs for prospects. One of our team members sits on the Board of Advisors for the company today.
A health technology start-up hired us to assist in accelerating commercialization and revenue growth. Our continuing work involves assisting in sales preparation & strategy and delivering portions of the sales presentations to clients. We are also working with the Product Leader on the longer-term product roadmap, and we continue to provide ongoing counsel to the CEO thru bi-monthly 1:1 meetings.
A substance use disorder non-profit requested our assistance in building an ROI model for their services to payors. We completed an initial version of the model and recommended a re-sequencing of their product roadmap, which they accepted. The final ROI model was used in the sales process, which exceeded aggressive expectations. We were pleased to provide our services pro bono.
